The fatigue cost for different activities
All activities will decrease your horse's fatigue value. When this value hits zero, the horse will need to rest. Recovery can be achieved by resting or getting a therapist to treat the fatigue. The factors that affect the level of fatigue are:
Fatigue gauge
The fatigue gauge will have a total value of 100 points. This value can not be increased, meaning you will have to carefully choose which activities to undertake.

There are different fatigue recovery periods: Restoration and degeneration. These are explained below.

Degeneration
Luckily, your racehorses can’t die, however their bodies will age. This aging process affects how fast your horse will recover, since an old horse can't recover as fast as a young one, naturally.
1 - 30 Days (Restore 100%)

Only Genesis Horses are restored by time, which is different from normal horses. Despite there being 2 age ranges, the Therapist will continue to receive the same age range as per the table above.

As you can see, racehorses will live forever but their recovery period varies. Older horses will need more time to re-energise. Horses that have become too old can still be used for various other gameplay modes, such as the Wild Horse Run mode. You can also use the horse to breed or stake it to earn $SPEED.
The rewards on staking and the horse’s Popularity when the horse is over 60 days old will be reduced. The initial Popularity will be divided by 5.
The following is an example; - If the horse is at Rare level and has a Popularity Score +50, but has a current age of 61 days. - The default Popularity will be divided by 5 (50/5) and therefore the ongoing Popularity will be 10.
