When you win or perform well in races, you get rewards from doing so. The reward is in $STAR Tokens, our most valuable Governance Tokens. Please keep in mind that for you to win races, you need to find a good jockey to ride your horse. Please note, the agreement to hire a player is at the discretion and acceptance of the terms between both employers and employees. In the contractual arrangements between you, you could agree to a revenue sharing agreement (percentage) or can set a unit rental price as well.
